Macrobiotics

I am the author of Modern Day Macrobiotics and Macrobiotics For Life and a macrobiotic consultant and teacher living in London UK. I provide online and in person macrobiotic services. I studied macrobiotics in 1980 in London and went to the USA to study with Michio Kushi, Aveline Kushi, Shizuko Yamamoto and Denny Waxman. Whilst there I helped run the Macrobiotic Association of Philadelphia. Returning to London I became the director of London's Community Health Foundation, the leading macrobiotic centre in the UK, from 1986 to 1993. I co-authored ‘Against All Odds’ with Dr. Faulkner charting his recovery from Pancreatic cancer using a macrobiotic diet. I regularly hosted courses for Michio and Aveline Kushi and Shizuko Yamamoto.

Feng Shui

I provide on-line and in person feng shui consultations and feng shui courses in London UK. I am the author of best selling Practical Feng Shui, The Feng Shui Bible and Feng Shui Live Coach. I am an established feng shui consultant and teacher. Whilst at London's Community Health Centre I ran the fist large feng shui courses in the UK with William Spear and Takashi Yoshikawa. I left the CHF in 1993 to pursue a freelance career in feng shui in London and travelling throughout the UK, Europe and USA.

I have written numerous books including the novel The Healer and popular books Macrobiotics For Life, Feng Shui Life Coach, Practical Wabi Sabi, The Feng Shui Bible, Practical Feng Shui, The Practical Art of Face Reading, The Chi Energy Workbook, Modern Day Macrobiotics, The Feng Shui Bible, Astrology by Numbers, Practical Wabi Sabi, The Secrets of Face Reading and The Energy Booster Workout.

Healing, Shiatsu, Connection Therapy, Nine Ki Astrology, Face Reading, EFT and Wabi Sabi.

I also offer one to one training days, courses and sessions in healing, shiatsu, connection therapy, nine ki astrology, face reading, EFT and wabi sabi. Proffessional Memberships

I am a member of the Feng Shui Society of Great Britain, the Macrobiotic Association of Great Britain and the Zen Shiatsu Society of Great Britain and abide by their proffessional ethics. I have served as chair of the Macrobiotic Aossociation and Feng Shui Society.
