SELF AWARENESS MEDITATION

Sit or lie down and if you like close your eyes to enjoy this meditation. By experiencing this meditation you become more sensitive to your feelings and out of that more aware of how we respond to outside influences. I use this meditation after meals, when visiting homes for feng shui, and healing eperiences. The more I do this meditation the more sensitive I become.
